Filmed throughout our extensive time in Japan, we had the chance to follow Calgary chef, Chef Darren MacLean as he experienced the culture of Japan while sampling the intricate cuisine that Japan has to offer. Visiting Tokyo, Osaka, Tokushima, Kyoto and so may other places, Chef Darren MacLean infuses his experiences into his upcoming Calgary restaurant Shokunin Izakaya. Featuring what we saw, the food, what we experienced and so much more, this video highlights what is to come of our incredible journey.
