Official music video for JJ Shiplett's first single "Waiting On The Rain" on his new EP titled "Fingers Crossed".
Because the song is a moving, raw and retrospective song, I wanted to make a simple video showing JJ's vulnerability. With this one take/performance piece, you can't escape the song, the lyrics and the honesty of the song especially with JJ's performance.
Filmed with the Panasonic EVA_I, with Sigma Cine Prime 35mm and using a Cinegears Wireless Follow Focus as well as the Kessler Cineslider with Timelapse Motor to achieve the slow move out and in.
