cook it raw - shaping of a culinary frontier

We had the immense pleasure to work with Cook it Raw & Alberta Culinary Tourism Alliance on a 7 part series promoting Alberta's Culinary Identity. Featuring food producers from around Alberta and world renowned Alberta Chefs, we focused on Albertan ingredient stories.

Watch the seven part series of Cook it Raw Alberta where we explore the culinary landscape of our province. This project focuses on the products of the land, and puts the ingredients in the spotlight for each dish. Two chefs, one producer, and one ingredient; this is Cook it Raw Alberta.
